Kinexion is honored to host the Annual Women’s Empowerment Fashion Fling—formerly known as the Annual Fashion Fling and Luncheon—a celebration of strength, resilience and the incredible achievements of women and girls living with disabilities.

As the largest network organization on Long Island supporting people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Kinexion stands alongside seven well-respected nonprofit agencies, providing lifetime support and advocacy. Within our network, we are deeply committed to empowering women and girls, encouraging them to embrace their independence and live fulfilled, enriched lives. This elegant affair will feature an inspiring tribute to the remarkable women within the Kinexion network, highlighting their courage,

determination and accomplishments. Our esteemed Kinexion Board Members will present the Kinexion Network Women’s Empowerment Grant to deserving recipients, honor an outstanding women-owned business in our community and share moving stories of perseverance and success. Guests will also enjoy a stunning fashion show featuring models dressed in styles from Tanger Outlets, a formal luncheon with refreshments, exclusive raffle baskets and an opportunity to connect with a community that uplifts and empowers.
